How we Work
Each project is designed with close attention to detail, managed, and implemented with great care. We work with craftsmen and bespoke furniture makers as required, to create seamless, well-executed, and beautifully finished projects, delivered on time and budget.
Site Visit & Questionnaire
Ensure the site meets all needed requirements & understands the owner’s vision and requirements with an overview of site visitor activities and site analysis. Guarantee that we understand your needs and style preferences to provide you with the most satisfying results.
Concept Design
Provide a presentation with key furniture, colors, accents, accessories, etc. to give the client a rough idea of what the end result will look and feel like.
Schematic Design
After the initial programming and site design phases, the designer will compile all of the required and desired elements into a set of conceptual sketches to show the relationship between parts in an informal and loose manner. Schematic designs may consist of approximated floor plans, simple elevations, quick 3D views, and conceptual rough sections.
Design Development
The designer develops plans, elevations, sections, and other related details to a high level of finishing; refines colors and finishes; selects any purchased furniture, fixtures, and equipment and prepares a cost estimate and budget for construction.
F.F & E
Furniture, fixtures, and equipment are a significant part of any project. By selecting, specifying, and sometimes managing FF&E acquisition, architects can provide their clients with a more comprehensive set of services.
Issue Permits
The construction manager arranges a pre-contract meeting with the consultant team and trade contractors to discuss procedures that will be adopted during the construction stage and co-ordinates the issue of production information for construction. The client and construction manager prepare and agree on schedules of conditions for adjacent properties or structures that will be retained.
Site Mobilization
Coordinate the preparation and issue of a project handbook setting out responsibilities, procedures, and lines of communication for the construction stage. Ensure (in their role as principal contractor) that workers are provided with a suitable site induction, training and information to be able to work without undue risk to their health or safety. Establish inspection regimes and quality assurance procedures for construction.
Assure Safety & Quality
We ensure business continuity by managing safety, security, health and environmental matters with the same sense of responsibility, and just as methodically, as issues concerning quality, productivity and cost-efficiency to maintain high ethical and social standards in our efforts to protect the environment.
Execute
Work to deliver the product or service. Most of the work related to the project is realized at this stage. Initiate construction phases and apply quality procedures assuring finishing standards.
Handover
The contractor transfer ownership of the project from to the client and will require a dedicated project meeting to discuss the project handover process and to agree on requirements and outcomes.
